Portland, Oregon mandatory recycling requirements for commercial establishments

The City of Portland requires all commercial establishments, including churches and non-profits, to recycle at least 75 percent of recyclable materials as well as all containers and boxes. Additionally the new state law of Oregon requires all electronics to be turned in at a certified Oregon e-cycling location.
